摘要
ADC是红外焦平面读出电路数字化中非常关键的器件,对于红外焦平面数字化后的最终性能起着决定性的影响。ADC的种类和架构比较多,使得读出电路的设计过程中往往遇到多种选择。因此本文通过对常见的应用于红外焦平面的ADC的种类和架构进行分析,总结出各种ADC的特点,以便于在不同的应用中选择不同的ADC架构和类型。
ADC is a key unit for the digitalization of the IR FPA's ROIC, which determines the final performance of the digitalized IR FPA. Design of the ROIC may meet some difficulties, because there are too many scheme choices for ADC that has different architecture and features. This paper presents different schemes and shows the features of dif ferent ADCs. It is helpful for us to choose the proper type and architecture in the process of ROIC design.
