摘要
目的观察E-cadherin和Bcl-2在乳腺癌中的表达并探讨其临床意义,为乳腺癌的早期诊断和防治提供实验依据。方法选择30例癌旁正常乳腺组织(A组)、30例乳腺增生组织(B组)和70例乳腺癌组织(C组)为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学检测其E-cadherin和Bcl-2的表达情况,分析E-cadherin和Bcl-2与乳腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系及E-cadherin和Bcl-2表达之间的相关性。结果乳腺癌旁正常乳腺组织与乳腺增生组织中E-cadherin和Bcl-2的阳性表达率比较均无统计学差异,但与之相比,乳腺癌组织中E-cadherin的阳性表达率显著降低(P<0.01),Bcl-2的阳性表达率显著升高(P<0.001)。E-cadherin、Bcl-2的阳性表达率与乳腺癌患者的年龄、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤组织的病理分级、淋巴结转移、临床TNM分期显著相关(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中,E-cadherin和Bcl-2的阳性表达率存在显著负相关性(r=-0.714,P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌中E-Cadherin的表达异常降低,而Bcl-2的表达异常升高,二者均与乳腺癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移、临床TNM分期显著相关;且E-cadherin与Bcl-2表达存在显著负相关。
Objective To observe the expressions of E-cadherin and Bcl-2 in breast cancer, and to investigate their clini- cal significances and provide references for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Methods 30 cases of adjacent nor- real breast tissue were selected as group A, and 30 cases of breast hyperplasia as group B and 70 cases of breast cancer as group C. The immunohitochenfical method was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin and Bcl-2. The relationship between the clinicopathological characteristics and the expression of E-cadherin and Bcl-2 were analyzed, so was the correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and Bcl-2. Results No significant difference in the positive expression rate of E-cadherin and Bcl-2 was found between adjacent nomlal breast tissue and breast hyperplasia. However, compared with the above two groups, the positive expression rate of E-cadherin was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.01) while the positive expression rate of Bcl-2 was significantly increased (P〈 0.001) in the breast cancer group. The positive expression rate of E-cadherin and Bcl-2 had no significant correlation with the age, tumor diameter (P〉 0.05), but they were significantly correlated with the patho- logical grades, lymphatic metastasis, TNM stage (P〈 0.05). In breast cancer group, the positive expression rate of E-cadherin and Bcl-2 were significandy negatively correlated(R=-0.714, P〈0.05). Conclusions In breast cancer, E-cadherin expres- sion was abnomaally decreased and the Bcl-2 expression was abnormally increased. Both showed a significant correlation with pathology grade, differentiation degree of tumor tissue and lymph node metastasis. E-cadherin expression was negatively cor- related with the positive expression of Bcl-2.
