摘要
人力资源管理是卫生事业管理专业的一门重要课程,该文结合卫生事业管理专业的特点,分析目前人力资源管理教学中存在的问题,并从教学内容、教学方法、考核方式、师生交流、教材开发、师资队伍建设等方面提出改进对策,以提高教学效果,达到教学目标要求。
Human resource management is an important subject of health management. It analyzes the problems in teaching method of human resource management according to characteristics of health management. In order to improve teaching effectiveness and achieve teaching objectives, it puts forward the countermeasures from teaching contents, teaching methods, examination mode, commtmication between teachers and students, teaching material development and teachers construction.
