摘要
为全面了解国内当前有关医院岗位绩效方面的研究现状,梳理医院岗位绩效方面的总体脉络,为更深入研究医院岗位绩效提供参考。文章通过文献研究,主要从医院岗位绩效研究相关的医院绩效、医院岗位、医院岗位绩效这3个主要层面进行了系统的梳理,初步归纳了医院岗位绩效有关这3个领域研究的基础理论、方法技术、现状和趋势等。结合相关国内研究,发现当前有关医院岗位绩效基础理论的系统性研究不多,而现有的研究从医院具体岗位的层面讨论绩效较少,主要集中在医院整体和部门层面的绩效研究。
To know current research situation and make a comprehensive understanding about the context of position performance in hospitals so as to provide reference for further study to position performance. Authors comb three major levels which from hospitals' performance, hospitals' position and hospitals' position performance by literature study. Conclude basic theory, method and technology, situation and trend in these three fields. Combine with the relevance research, the authors fred that most of the available literature describe performance issues associated with whole hospitals and sections levels, very few programs relate specifically to work position levels in hospitals.
