Evaluation of the rural school adjustment of layout: Parent Perspective

在农村学生家长是农村中小学布局调整中重要的利益相关者。基于全国10个省区的调研数据,本文探讨了农村学生家长对学校撤并的立场、学校撤并中的参与度及家长对学校撤并效果的满意度。研究结果显示:两成以上的农村学生家长不支持学校撤并;无论是在学校撤并的决策过程还是执行过程中,农村学生家长的参与度均较低;两成农村学生家长对学校撤并效果不满意。

Rural parents are important stakeholders in the of adjustment of layout in rural primary and secondal7 schools. Based on the survey data of the 10 provinces, the paper discusses the standpoint, participation and the satisfaction of the rural parents of the adjustment of layout in rural primary and secondary schools. Research shows that： More than 20 percent of rural parents do not support school closure; whether it is the decision-making process or the execution of the school closure , the participation rate of rural parents is low; 20 percent of rural parents are not satisfied with the effects of school closure.
