摘要
美国年度教师评选是美国历史最悠久、声誉最高的优秀教师评选活动。通过分析年度教师的教育故事,发现"充分发挥每一个学生的潜能"是他们的关键特征,具体表现为把孩子当做孩子,相信儿童,以学定教。这也赋予中国教师的教育、教学活动若干启发。
The National Teacher of the Year began in 1952 and continues as the oldest, most prestigious national honors program that focuses public attention on excellence in teaching. Through the analysis of the stories of The National Teacher of the Year, it can be easily find "give full play to the potential of each student" are their key characteristics. Specifically, they treat children as children, believe them, and teach student according to their needs. These characteristics give insight to Chinese education and teaching.
