老年血管性痴呆患者临床特征及神经影像学研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨老年血管性痴呆患者临床特征及神经影像学特征。方法分别采用核磁共振(MRI)以及电子计算机X射线断层扫描(CT)对80例痴呆以及非痴呆老年脑血管病患者进行检查分析。结果与非痴呆老年脑血管病患者相比,MRI检查发现血管性痴呆患者额叶、颞叶、顶叶皮层下等部位脑梗死发生率显著增高,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05);CT检查发现血管性痴呆患者脑梗死总面积以及白质病变发生率显著上升,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05);痴呆患者脑梗死总发生率以及总面积与其MMSE评分呈显著正相关。结论通过神经影像学检查发现,老年血管性痴呆与脑梗死总发生率、梗死总面积以及脑白质病变有关。 【Objective】 To explore application and characteristics of neuroimaging in elderly patients with vascular dementia.【Methods】 MRI and CT were applied to scan and examine 80 cases of dementia or non-dementia elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease.【Results】 MRI showed significantly increase of incidence of cerebral infarction in areas of frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal cortex bottom,in patients with VD(P 0.05);CT showed a significant increase of cerebral infarction rate and area in patients with vascular dementia;A significant positive correlation was found between infarction rate and MMSE score,between infarction area and MMSE score(P 0.05).【Conclusions】 Participation of cerebral infarction and white matter lesions could be observed by neuroimaging in elderly patients with vascular dementia.
