摘要
目的观察3种不同血液净化方式对维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)和β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)的清除效果。方法将90例维持性血液透析患者随机分为3组:分别采用血液透析(HD)组30例、血液灌流+血液透析(HP+HD)组30例、血液透析滤过(HDF)组30例,比较各组单次治疗前后血iPTH和β2-MG的清除率。结果 HP+HD组、HDF组治疗后血iPTH和β2-MG均显著下降(P<0.05),HD组治疗后血iPTH和β2-MG无显著下降(P>0.05)。结论血液灌流+血液透析、血液透析滤过均能有效清除血iPTH和β2-MG,长期应用可显著提高患者的生活质量和生存率。
【Objective】 To observe the scavenging effect of.three different blood purification of patients on maintenance hemodialysis parathyroid hormone(iPTH) and β2 microglobulin(β2-MG).【Methods】 90 patients with hemodialysis were randomly divided into three groups: The use of hemodialysis(HD) group of 30 patients,blood perfusion+hemodialysis(HP+HD) 30 cases,hemodiafiltration(HDF) group of 30 cases,treated groups were compared before and after a single treatment of blood iPTH and β2-MG clearance.【Results】 HP+HD group,HDF group,after treatment,serum iPTH and β2-MG were significantly decreased(P 0.05),HD group after treatment,serum iPTH and β2-MG was no significant decrease(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 Hemoperfusion+hemodialysis,hemodiafiltration and continuous hemodialysis filtration can effectively remove blood iPTH and β2-MG,long-term use can significantly improve the patient's quality of life and survival.
