正常新生儿视网膜动静脉管径比的研究

摘要 目的用IPP软件对RETCAMⅢ拍摄的新生儿视网膜血管管径进行测量来探讨正常新生儿视网膜血管管径比是否存在差异。方法回顾性研究随机选取符合筛选条件的新生儿5例108只眼作为研究对象,待其出生后校正胎龄为42周时,用RETcamIII进行眼底检查,将所得的图像用IPP软件的进行放大和对比度的调整,测量四个象限近视盘周围0.5~1.0 PD范围内的视网膜动脉直径(RAD)和视网膜静脉直径(RVD),进而计算动静脉血管管径比(A/V)。结果左右眼对应象限视网膜血管管径比差异没有显著性,而单眼不同象限的各种视网膜血管管径比的差异存在显著性。结论正常新生儿的左右眼对应象限视网膜血管结构大致对称,而单眼不同象限的视网膜血管的结构是不对称的。 [ Objective ] To study whether there is difference in the Arteriole to venule ratio in digital image taken by RETCAM Ⅲ by IPP software. [Method] This was a population-based, cross-sectional study of 54 healthy neonate who were selected randomly when their Correction gestational age is 42 weeks, they were taken photos by RETCAM m, then with the help of IPP software, their photos were enlarged and adjusted, then the diameters of reti- nal arterioles and venues in four quadrants coursing through a specified area about half to one disc diameter from the optic disc were measured, then counted and compared the arteriole to venule ratio. [Result] There was no sig- nificant difference between the fight eye and the left eye for the arteriole to venule ratio in corresponding quadrants of both eyes. However, significant difference was found between temporal and nasal quadrant formost of items in one eye. [ Conclusions ] There is symmetrical structure between the fight eye and the left eye, however, there is non- symmetrical structure in every temporal and nasal quadrant formost of items in one eye.
