摘要
目的 :探讨嵌体冠修复的适应证、牙体预备、制作方法 ,观察短冠磨牙的嵌体冠修复的固位效果。方法 :对2 4颗经完善内科治疗的隐裂短冠磨牙行嵌体冠修复 ,随访观察 2～ 3年。结果 :2 4颗经修复的磨牙中 ,2 3颗使用良好 ,1颗因牙周疾患拔除。结论
Objective: To discuss the indications, teeth preparation, methods of fabrication of inlay-crown restorations, and observe the retention of inlay-crowns cemented on short coronal molars. Methods: 24 cracked molars with short coronal, which had been treated with endodontically treatment, were restored with inlay-crowns and followed up for 2 to 3 years. Results: The effect of 23 inlay-crowns is satisfactory. One molar was extracted because of periodontal disease. Conclusion: The retention of short coronal molars can be improved by means of inlay-crowns. [
