2002—2011年我国公共图书馆服务体系建设研究综述

Review of Researches on the Construction of the Public Library Service System in China During 2002-2011

通过对2002—2011年有关公共图书馆服务体系建设的文献统计、分析发现,我国公共图书馆服务体系建设研究具有理论研究基于地区实践、政策促进研究发展、强调普遍均等的特点,同时存在比较研究不足等问题。我国应加强公共图书馆服务体系建设的比较研究,将沿海地区的成功经验与模式向内地推广,加快对国外公共图书馆服务体系先进模式的引入,从而促进我国公共图书馆服务体系建设的大发展。

Through the literature statistics and analysis of the construction of the public library service system in China during 2002-2011, we find out that researches on the construction of the public library service system in China have following characteristics： the theoretical study is based on the regional practice; national policies promote the development of researches; the service system emphasizes the concept of universal and equal; at the same time, relative researches are lack of comparative study. Therefore, we should strengthen the comparative study on the construction of the public library service system, popularize the successful experience and modes of coastal areas to the mainland, accelerate the introduction of foreign advanced mode of the public library service system, thus to promote the great development of the public library service system in China.
