摘要
在隧道施工过程中,有毒气体及粉尘的产生对施工人员的健康会构成威胁,因此降低粉尘浓度成为隧道施工的一个重要环节。文章基于油竹山隧道各施工阶段隧道内的空气质量现场测试数据,分析了长大隧道的施工通风效果。结果显示,第一、二阶段隧道施工通风具有良好效果,而第三阶段粉尘浓度超标。根据现场测试发现的问题,提出了隧道内干式除尘机与压入式通风、巷道式通风相结合的通风措施,此措施可有效降低粉尘含量,保证隧道内的空气质量。
The production of toxic gas and dust during tunnel construction endangers the health of the workers. therefore important to decrease the dust concentration during tunnel eonstruetion. Based on the site data of air quality in the Youzhushan Tunnel, the effects of ventilation in long tunnels were analyzed. The resuhs show that the effects of ventilation are good in phase 1 and phase 2 of tunnel construction, but the dnst concentration in phase 3 of tunnel con- struction exceeded the allowable limit. This paper addresses the measures of using a dry dusting machine, high pres sure ventilation, and duct ventilation, which can effectively reduce dust and guarantee high air quality
