β-淀粉样蛋白、褪黑素与阿尔茨海默病 被引量:2

摘要 阿尔茨海默病是引起老年人痴呆的最常见原因,β-淀粉样蛋白神经毒性可能与自由基损伤有关。褪黑素通过抗自由基、抑制β-淀粉样蛋白前体生成以及抑制β-淀粉样蛋白β折叠和纤维形成可能与阿尔茨海默病发病有关。
