丙丁酚抑制低密度脂蛋白氧化的作用

摘要 丙丁酚是临床应用的降脂药物,由于其结构中两个羟基取代的苯环而具有断链抗氧化剂活性,可干预抵密度脂蛋白的氧化修饰,抑制氧化型低密度脂蛋白形成,从而对动脉粥样硬化的防治有重要意义。
