传染病医院平战结合管理模式的创新研究

A Study on Innovation of Manmgement Mode Combining Peacetime for Infectious Disease Hospital

目的:探讨传染病医院生存发展之道。方法:对湖北省内传染病医院与综合医院在门诊人次、住院人次、业务收入及财政支持方面进行对比分析。结果:传染病医院在以上方面与综合医院存在显著差异。结论:传染病医院必须走"平战结合"之路,即以综合业务支撑,政府公共卫生政策支持,资源集中整合等实现可持续发展。

Objective To study the strategies of the survival and development in the infectious disease hospitals. Methods U- sing comparative analysis of outpatient visits, hospital visits, business income, and financial support between infectious disease hospitals and general hospitals in Hubei Province. Results There are significant differences between infectious disease hospitals and general hospitals in this regard. Conclusion To achieve sustainable development, infectious disease hospitals must be based on integrated business, and the support of government public health policies, also shall be centralized their integration of re- SOUrCeS.
