摘要
文章针对当前医疗纠纷现状,尤其是医院公信力下降的危害,提出了利用公关关系学方法加以防范的建议:以医院管理层为核心,根据"危机公关5S原则",制定一套合理的危机公关策略,提高处理医患纠纷和维护医院良好形象的能力,从而构建和谐的医患关系。
The article focuses on the present situation of medical disputes, especially the hazards of descending public trust, and puts forward preventive suggestions of public relations. The hospital management is the core, according to "the 5S principle of crisis public relations " , establishing a set of reasonable strategies of crisis public relations, improving the ability of dealing with medical dispute and maintaining a good image of hospital,in order to construct the harmonious doctors - patient relationship.
