信息不对称视角下高校卫生管理专业学生就业取向探究

Asymmetric Information as the Domain of University Health Services Management Students to Explore Employment Destination

目的:着眼于卫生管理专业学生因信息不对称所致就业取向发生的偏差,探讨产生该类问题的原因及影响,提出合理可行的应对思路和策略。方法:运用信息不对称理论,研究相关文献,据以设计调查问卷并收集资料,对变量进行探索性相关分析及logistic回归分析。结果:该专业学生在就业相关信息获取内容上存在不准确、不完整和不及时等非对称性特点,信息不对称使学生对就业前景迷茫悲观,在就业取向上产生偏差。结论:卫生管理专业学生择业中存在信息不对称,学生、高校、政府部门等大学生就业相关市场主体,应在主动加强就业信息互通、减少信息不对称问题上做出积极努力。

Objective To focus on health management students because of information asymmetry caused by the deviation of employment orientation, the class of problems causes and effects, and to bring forward the reasonable and feasible strategies and measures. Methods Using the information asymmetry theory, research literature, according to design questionnaire and data collec- tion, the variable exploratory correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis. Results The students in employment related in- formation content are not accurate,complete and timely,information asymmetry makes the students employment prospect confused pessimism, in employment orientation deviation. Conclusion There is health management students＇ employment problem of informa- tion asymmetry, students, universities, government departments an3 other college students employment market main body, should be in the initiative to strengthen employment exchange of information, and reduce information asymmetry problem on make vigor- ous effort.
