摘要
目的:探讨临床医学专业学生考试焦虑与家庭功能、学业延迟满足之间的关系。方法:采用整群抽样的方法从山东省某医学院,选取临床医学专业学生585名进行问卷调查。结果:临床医学专业学生有考试焦虑不适症状者占60.3%;考试焦虑总分与沟通、角色、情感反应、情感介入、行为控制和总的功能均呈统计学意义上的正相关,与课堂学业延迟满足呈负相关;多元回归分析显示,总的功能、角色和课堂学业延迟满足能预测考试焦虑。结论:给学生好的家庭环境以及提高学生的延迟满足能力是减轻临床医学专业学生考试焦虑的有效途径。
Objective To explore the relationship among test anxiety, family function and course delay of gratification in students majored in clinical medicine. Methods 585 cases of students majored in clinical medicine were chosen from one medical university in Shandong with cluster sampling, and surveyed with questionnaire. Results 60.3% of these students had discomfort of test anxiety. The score of test anxiety was positively correlated with factors of communication, character, emotional reaction, emo- tional intervention, behavioral control and general function. And it was negatively correlated with course delay of gratification. The factors of general function, character and course delay of gratification can predict test anxiety. Conclusion It should be effective for reducing test anxiety of students majored in clinical medicine to provide relaxed family environment and improve their course de- lay of gratification.
