摘要
以44份香料烟品种资源为材料,利用ISSR分子标记技术进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明:100个ISSR引物中可筛选出8个核心引物,在44份香料烟品种中扩增出223个片段,其中209个具多态性。供试香料烟品种的遗传相似系数在0.51~0.96之间,平均为0.79。当相似系数为0.636时,44份香料烟品种可分为两大类,表明44份香料烟品种间的遗传多样性低,急需通过引种及种质创新等手段来丰富香料烟品种的遗传多样性。
ISSR analysis was conducted to estimate the degree of genetic diversity fbr the 44 oriental tobacco cuhivars. The results showed that the 8 primers, which selected from I00 ISSR primers, generated 223 fragments, of which 209 fragments were polymorphic. The genetic similarity coefficient among all materials was distributed from 0.51 to 0.96, average 0.79. The 44 oriental tobacco cultivars was divided into 2 types by a similarity coefficient 0.636. Two major distinct clusters were discovered by using UPGMA methods. And great efforts should be made to broaden genetic diversity of oriental tobacco by germplasm introduction and innovation.
