摘要
目的:探讨支气管内膜结核在16层螺旋CT后处理技术的影像表现,以提高对其正确诊断和鉴别诊断。方法:采用GELightSpeed16层CT对62例支气管内膜结核的胸部进行扫描,1次屏气从肺尖至隔面行层厚0.75cm,间距0.75cm常规扫描。1.25mm层厚及部分重叠重建后传送到ADW4.3工作站,采用多平面重建(MPR)及最大密度投影(MIP)等后处理技术多方位,多角度显示支气管壁情况。结果:MPR可以很好显示支气管内膜的部位,范围及程度,也可清晰显示周围病变的分布,形态,大小及周围结构受累情况。结论:支气管内膜结核在16层CT后处理技术影像表现具有一定的特征性,对其的诊断和鉴别诊断有很大临床应用价值。
Objective: To study the bronchial endometlial tuberculosis in 16 spiral CT post-processing technology image performance, in order to improve the correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods: CT GE Light Speed and layer of 62 patients with bronchial endometrial tuberculosis chest scan, a breathless from the apex of lung to every surface line layer thickness of 0.75 cm, 0.75 cm distance conventional scanning. 1.25 mm thick and overlap reconstruction back pass to ADW4.3 workstation, using multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and maximum density projection (MIP) post-processing technology all-round, multi-angle display bronchial wall condition. Results:the MPR can well display bronchial intima areas, scope and degree, also can clearly show the distribution of the surrounding lesions, shape, size and surrounding structure affected situation.Conclusions: the bronchus endometrial tuberculosis in 16 CT post-processing technology image performance has a certain characteristic, its diagnosis and differential diagnosis should have a great clinical application value.
