注气助推柱塞气举技术在塔里木轮南油田的应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对轮南油田(Tш、Jш、JⅣ油组)有一些高气油比(300m3/t以上)、低产(30t/d以下)、结蜡的井,停喷后无法用电潜泵、有杆泵生产,常规柱塞气举因地层压力低,无法将柱塞推至地面;连续气举举升滑脱损失大,提出了注气助推柱塞气举工艺技术来解决生产中出现的问题,为这类井开采提供了一种思路。该工艺的特点是采用半闭式管柱,利用常规连续气举气源向柱塞底部注气,提供举升动力;利用柱塞气举的柱塞往复运动减少举升过程的滑脱损失,提高举升效率,节气并实现自动清蜡;利用移动气举—制氮车进行启动排液;构成了注气助推柱塞气举工艺。该工艺2010年全年在4口井合计增加原油产量2935t,年节约气举气1923×104m3,消除了机械清蜡的风险,保证了工艺安全,为低产、高气油比、结蜡井的开采提供了一种开采方法。 According to the ESP and rod pumps can't be used in high gas-oil ratio wells(>300m3/t),low producing wells(﹤30t/d)and paraffin-troubled wells after they go dead in Lunan Oilfield,furthermore,conventional plunger gas lift technology can not push the plunger to the surface in the low pressure wells and continuous gas lift has more liquid slippage losses in the tube,a new plunger gas lift technology by gas injection to solve above problems was developed.This technology used conventional continuous gas lift gas source inject gas to the bottom of the plunger in half-closed gas lift string and then the gas could push the plunger up and down in tube.The technology has some advantages,such as paraffin removal and broken down and decreasing liquid slippage losses as well as saving gas injection rate.The technology was used successfully in 4 gas lift wells,cumulative increase crude output was 2935t,saving injection gas rate was 1923×104 Nm3 in 2010,the risk of mechanical paraffin removal was eliminated.It provided a new recovery method for high gas-oil ratio well,low producing well and paraffin-troubled well.
