摘要
统计、对比分析了两邻井同一井段PDC钻头使用情况,切削齿磨损情况以及磨损原因,认为弯螺杆复合钻进诱发的井底涡动是导致切削齿磨损不均、微小金刚石颗粒崩落、磨损面拉断裂纹发育的根本原因,严重影响了钻头寿命,并从提高该区块定向井两趟钻比例、单只钻头进尺的角度给出了钻头优化、制造和使用等方面的建议。研究表明,通过外锥后排辅助齿抵抗冲击应力、控制吃入深度是减少磨损的有效方法。
The application,cutters abrasion condition and wear causes of PDC bit used in the same well section of two adjacent wells were analyzed and compared.The bit whirl caused by bended screw compound drilling was the basic reason leading to uneven wear of cutters,tiny diamond particles caving and crack growth on wearflat,which reduce bit life seriously.At the same time,in order to improve PDC life and footage,some advices about optimization,manufacture and using of bit were given.Research results showed that the effective methods for reducing bit wear were increase auxiliary cutters to counteract impact stress and control bit depth of setting.
