摘要
为解决套损水平井修复难度大的问题,研究了水平井套管悬挂衬管加固配套技术,由井筒清砂、套管检测、液压整形扩径、套管磨铣扩径、悬挂衬管加固五项配套技术组成。可有效恢复套损水平井生产能力,尤其适用距离较长或修复后通径较小水平井,确保了油田的高效开发。2009年以来,该工艺技术现场应用5井次,成功率100%,最长加固井段675m,具有施工成本较低、现场施工简单、加固成功率高、可有效防止套管二次损坏等优点,具有较好的应用推广价值。
According to the geology,technology and construction factors which led to the casing damage in Jinzhou oilfield horizontal well,a suspension liner reinforcement supporting technology was developed,it consists of casing detection,hydraulic plastic expanding,casing milling for hole enlargement,wellbore sand cleaning,and liner reinforcement technology.Since 2009,this technology was used in 5 wells,the success rate was 100%,the longest cementing segment was 675m,it has lower construction cost,simple operation,high reinforcing success rate,which could effectively prevent the casing secondary damage,and has good application value.
