摘要 复合材料注塑成型的建筑模板由于其面积大、壁厚小,注塑成型易出现翘曲变形,凭借经验设计方法很难获得理想的制品质量。结合塑料制品设计经验和数值模拟技术,对建筑模板注塑成型进行了预测分析。结果表明,不合理的塑件结构和不均匀的成型压力分布是翘曲变形产生的主要原因。针对该问题,对模板结构进行了改进,采用热流道时序阀技术改善了制品的成型压力分布。模拟结果表明,翘曲量已控制在目标值以下,经试模,建筑模板产品达到施工要求。 Because of the big area and small wall thickness, it was easy to have warpage deformation in injection molding of composites, so it was difficult to meet construction requirements. Combined with design experience of plastics products and numerical simulation technology, injection molding of the construction template was forecasted. The results showed that the warpage deformation of construction template was caused by unreasonable structure and uneven distribution of injection pressure. According to the simulation results, the structure was improved. Sequence valve technology was used to improve the distribution of the molding pressure of the products. The results of experiment proved that the warpage deformation was controlled under the target value, and met the construction requirements.
