影响PCD金刚石刀具使用寿命的因素很多,除了本身成分和结构外,切削参数对其使用寿命也有很大的影响。本文研究不同切削参数对PCD金刚石刀具切削过程中磨损特性的影响。通过选择不同的切削参数,对花岗岩材料进行切削实验,然后求出相应的切削比。通过比较切削比从而获得最优加工参数。

The influence between PCD diamond tool service life of many factors, in addition to itself composi- tion and structure outside, cutting parameters on its service life also has a great influence. This paper studies the different cutting parameters on cutting process between PCD diamond cutting tools, the wear characteristics of the influence.
