Discussion on Incentives in Medical Ethics Management

激励是医院进行医德科学管理的一个重要手段。建立健全激励机制 ,正确应用激励手段 ,能充分调动医务人员的积极性 ,不断提高医德管理水平。激励的手段主要有奖励、惩罚、榜样、教育、关怀、参与、领导行为等。要掌握激励的原则 ,对不同对象、不同层次的人采用不同的激励方式。

Incentives is one of the important means of medical ethics management.Establishment and improvement of incentive mechanism and correct application of incentive means could fully inspire initiative of medical workers and improve the proficiency of medical ethics management.Main means of incentives include reward ,penalty,example,education,concern,participation and leadership behaviors etc .It's recommended to master the principle of incentive so as to use different means of incentive toward different groups of people at different levels.
