江苏省终身教育公共服务体系构建的相关思考

A Thinking of Jiangsu Province's Building a Public Service System of Lifelong Education

江苏省委、省政府根据党和国家的教育战略提出了加快构建终身教育公共服务体系的决策。这一决策形成的主要原因:一是实现"两个率先"的必然要求;二是实施民生幸福工程的迫切需要;三是实现社会公平正义的重要步骤;四是教育技术现代化发展的必然结果。具体而言,构建终身教育公共服务体系要克服思想认识上的误区,引入市场经济运行机制,加强虚拟校园等学习平台建设,进一步贯彻社会公平正义原则,制定和完善社会评价标准体系。

According to the party and the state＇s education strategy,the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Ji-angsu Province government make a decision to accelerate the construction of the public service system of lifelong education. There are four factors for this decision： the ＂two leading development strategy＂, the implementation of the people＇s livelihood happiness project, the realization of social justice, education technology to the information development. In order to establish such a system, the government must overcome the erroneous ideas, introducing the market economic system, strengthening the virtual campus construction, establishing and perfecting the social evaluation standard system, etc.
