摘要
设计了废旧小型汽车的柔性拆解方案和车身柔性拆卸站,阐述了结合其他工作站和输送线建立柔性化小型汽车拆解生产线的基本方案以及利用该设备的报废汽车回收过程.使用这种方法处理报废汽车,在提高效率的同时还可使其能耗大幅降低.
According to the analysis of the structure of vehicle body, the scheme of flexible dismantling cell is il- lustrated. It is composed of a window shield cutting system, pillars cutting system and roof transforming system. By combining other work cell and conveyer line, a product line based on dismantling mode for ELV recycling is implemented. The recycling process that is based on this equipment is introduced. By this means, the energy consumed during the ELV recycling can be decreased considerably.
