摘要
探讨了易拉罐形状和尺寸的最优设计问题.首先测量了常见易拉罐的尺寸,然后建立静态优化模型,分别求解出了将易拉罐形状简化为圆柱形和圆柱、圆台结合形的最优设计.最后,在综合考虑外形、手感、美观等因素的基础上,建立了非线性规划模型,并借助MATLAB编程得出新型易拉罐的最优设计.
This paper discusses the optimal design for the shape and size of a beverage can. First, the authors of the paper measure the parameter of size of a common beverage can, set a static optimization model, and respec- tively figure out the best design of the beverage can when it is shaped to be the cylinder or the combination of frustum-of-a-cone and cylinder. Lastly, the authors take account of the factors such as outline, touch, artistic and so on, set a nonlinear programming model, and use the programs MATLAB to get the best design of a new can.
