红锥家系木材密度等物理性状的遗传及变异性分析 被引量:21

摘要 对来自广西的5个种源地的32个红锥家系进行了木材的3个密度指标(基本密度、气干密度、全干密度)、含水率及木材干缩性的测定,结果表明:红锥家系的物理性质最为重要指标之基本密度、气干密度、全干密度的总体平均值分别为0.511 6、0.582 3、0.610 9 g/cm2,按气干密度划分的5个分级,红锥家系木材属中级;32个红锥家系木材的含水率、基本密度、气干密度、全干密度、体积吸胀率、体积气干缩率、体积全干缩率7个木材物理性质指标的方差分析,其性状指标均呈极显著差异,表明可用物理性质指标作红锥的选择;红锥木材的基本密度、气干密度和全干密度的遗传力分别为82.49%、76.49%和75.86%,稍加选择就可获得较大的增益;红锥木材密度指标与生长指标间绝大多数呈微弱负相关,表明生长与材性性状间呈现独立遗传,在遗传改良时建议分别对生长和材性性状进行独立的遗传改良。 The physical properties of Castanopsis hystrix genealogy, i.e. the most important indicators, basic density, gas dry density, total dry density were determined, the population mean values respectively were: 0.511 6 g/cm2, 0.582 3 g/cm2 and 0.610 9 g/cm2. According to the air dry density grading standards (five grades), red cone family wood belongs to intermediate grade. The character indexes among 32 Castanopsis hystrix species, such as moisture content of lumber, basic density, gas dry density, total dry density, volume imbibition rate, volume air drying shrinkage rate, volume full dry shrinkage, showed very significant differences, so the physical property indexes can be used to select fine strains. The basic density, gas dry density and all the dry density of genetic force were 82.49%, 76.49% and 75.86%, the selected tree species can obtain more property gains. Between Castanopsis hystrix wood density index and vast majority of growth indexes, there were weak negative correlation, this shows that wood growth and wood quality property presented independent genetic. Therefore, the genetic improvement should conduct from two aspects of wood growth property and wood quality property.
