摘要
以樟子松成熟胚为外植体,研究不同生长调节剂组合对樟子松愈伤组织诱导及分化的影响,并获得了完整的再生植株。结果表明:诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基组合为MS+1.5 mg/L 2,4-D+0.5 mg/L 6-BA,愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基组合为MS+0.2 mg/L IAA+1.5 mg/L 6-BA,樟子松不定芽伸长生长的适宜基本培养基为1/2MS+0.1%活性炭,诱导生根的最佳培养基组合为1/4MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.2 mg/L IBA。
The effects of various combination of growth regulating agents on the callus induction and differentiation of mature embryo of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica Litv were studied, and complete regeneration plant was established. The results indicate that the optimum medium for callus induction from leaves was MS+ 1.5 mg/L 2,4-D+0. 5 mg/L 6-BA, the optimum medium for callus differentiation was MS+ 0.2 mg/L IAA + 1.5 mg/L 6-BA; the best medium for increasing the height of cluster buds was 1/2MS+0.1% activated carbon and the adventitious root was induced on 1/4 MS++0.5 mg/L NAA+0.2 mg/L IBA.
