无偿献血中 ,医务人员要加强医德修养 ,不断提高自身综合素质 ,尽快适应新形势下的采血环境、工作时间和安排、采血对象的改变 ,努力忙我地工作 ,为保证临床供血作出贡献。

In the gratuitous donation of blood,the medical workers should strengthen their medical ethics,make continued efforts to improve their own comprehensive qualifications,adapt themselves under the new situations quickly-the blood extracting conditions,working hours and arrangements as well as the changes of the blood -donating subjects,and work untiringly and selflessly to make contributions to clinical of providing blood.
