碳素光治疗腰肌劳损的临床试验

目的：验证Yw-0828型碳光子治疗仪治疗慢性腰肌劳损有效性及设备使用的安全性。方法：将60例慢性腰肌劳损患者严格按照随机数字表分为试验组30例和对照组30例。试验组使用Yw-0828碳光子治疗仪照射腰背部肌肉疼痛处，网罩门距离患部15-20cm；每日1次，30min，次，10d为一疗程。对照组应用北京金豪J48A电脑中频治疗仪治疗，电极并置于患者腰背部疼痛处，20min／次，每日1次，10d为一疗程。治疗前后采用视觉模拟量表评定疼痛程度。结果：试验组治疗后VSA评分值较对照组降低显著，试验组治疗效果明显高于对照组。结论：Yw-0828型碳光子治疗仪对慢性腰肌劳损有良好的治疗作用，并认为该产品在临床使用中安全有效。

Treatment group therapy effect was higher than those in the control group.Conclusion：YW-0828 type carbon ray therapeutic apparatus for chronic strain of lumbar muscle degeneration have good treatment effect, and that the product in clinical use is safe and effective.
