角膜缘干细胞功能障碍的治疗进展 被引量:2

摘要 1971年,Davanger和Evensen[1]观察到在中央角膜上皮创伤愈合过程中存在由角膜缘往角膜中央移动的色素性上皮细胞线,据此首次提出了角膜缘是角膜上皮细胞更新来源的假设。此后,大量实验证据均证实角膜上皮干细胞存在于角膜缘,包括上皮向心性迁移,
