多能干细胞向肝细胞分化的微环境

摘要 一、背景 终末期肝病(end stage liver disease,ESLD)指各种原因如肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌、药物性肝损伤和自身免疫肝病等导致肝功能极度减退甚至衰竭的一种病理状态。它是很多肝脏疾病的终末状态,预后较差,在发展中国家的发病率逐年上升[1]。目前治疗肝癌或终末期肝病的理想方案是肝移植[2],但是供肝不足和免疫排斥是目前移植的两大难题[3],
