信号转导在肥胖发生中作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 Leptin抵抗是人类肥胖形成的重要特征之一,其病理学基础可能在于下丘脑中leptin作用的受体后信号转导通路,包括leptin受体、Janus激酶(JAK)、信号转导及转录活化因子(STAT)和后续相关基因,其任一组分的异常均可能形成 leptin抵抗,导致肥胖的发生。本文就leptin受体及其受体后信号转导途径JAK-STAT在肥胖发生中的研究进展作一简要综述。
