摘要 根据"海洋石油201"调试工作的特点,详细介绍了基于数据库的调试管理技术。借鉴国际海工工程通用的做法和经验,将全船所有的设备(包括电缆、管线)整合到"功能块→系统→子系统→专业"结构的数据库中,并加入调试计划的时间节点信息,加入机械完工和预调试检查单的内容,然后把该数据库架设到局域网上供相关方共享使用。以此作为调试工作的基础,建立一个共享透明的信息平台,达到对调试工作系统化、精细化和标准化的管理。 According to the features of the commissioning work of Haiyangshiyou 201, the paper elaborates the commissioning management technology based on database. Taken the general practice and experience of international offshore engineering, the intbrmation of all equipment with cables and pipings of the vessel is integrated into the database that has the structure of"facilities→system→subsystem→discipline". The schedule of commissioning and the check list of mechanical completion are added. Then the database is put onto LAN for sharing, which is the basis of the commission work. An information plattbrm of sharing and opening is established accordingly. The management of the commission work can be systematized, optimized and standardized.
