摘要
通过数值仿真对船用汽轮机低压级空心叶片区域的水滴运动情况进行计算,分析比较了在不同粒径和不同进口汽流速度情况下水滴的运动规律,并通过VOF方法揭示了槽内液膜的流动特征,得出采用空心叶片开槽是较好的除湿措施。
The dehumidification characteristic of hollow blade in marine turbine is calculated in the paper by the method of numerical simulation. The distribution of water droplets is compared in different diameter and inlet velocity. The water film characteristics in the groove in hollow blade are obtained with the method of VOF, which indicates the adoption of hollow blade with groove is the proper dehumidification type.
