摘要
介绍了采用APDL语言进行参数化有限元分析的步骤,通过一个实例详细阐述了这一过程,计算了叶根存在不同加工误差时的应力。结果表明,该程序计算结果可靠,并且减少了大量的重复工作,提高了工作效率。
By using parameter design method, the design efficiency can be improved for many series of products. The steps of developing parametric finite element analysis adopted by APDL is introduced in detail and an example is given to describe the process and the effect of machining error stress of the blade root is calculated by using this program. It is showed that the calculation results are reliable, very efficient, avoiding many repeat works.
