摘要
介绍了承压容器接管允许载荷的计算方法,通过有限元分析方法对承压容器的封头和接管在受到内部压强及管道外载荷的情况下进行了应力计算,给出了封头-接管结构的应力分布、应力性质以及局部应力的强度考核方法,并确定了接管允许载荷。计算表明,承压容器的接管载荷须控制在允许载荷范围内,设备才能够安全可靠运行。
The measure to calculate allowable loads of pressure vessel nozzles is presented. Also, the pressure vessel envelop and connecting nozzle suffering from inner pressure and piping' s loads are calculated both by applying finite element analysis and stress distribution, property and check method are explained. Only when nozzle loads are within allowable loads, can the equipment be safe and reliable operation.
