摘要 介绍了HNST电厂汽轮机发生进水故障及其改进措施的实施情况,通过汽轮机进水故障分析,找出了汽轮机进水主要是由很多疏水聚集在冷再热蒸汽管内的原因引起的;据此制定了加装冷再热蒸汽管道疏水罐系统的改进措施,以利于对疏水的聚集情况报警及自动进行疏水。改进措施实施后的运行情况表明,达到了汽轮机进水故障被根除的目的,证明这种改进是成功的,满足了汽轮机防进水安全、可靠运行的要求。 The water damage to steam turbine and the upgrading measure of the draining system in HNST Power Station are presented. According to analysis, the reason of steam turbine water damage lies in that the draining water was gathered in cooling reheating steam piping. Therefore, upgrading measure,i, e. , draining water tank system being installed to cooling reheating steam piping for alarming and automatical draining, is put forward. After improving, the steam turbine water damage has been eliminated and it shows the successful improvement. Furthermore, it satisfies the requirements for steam turbine" safe operation.
