摘要
针对电厂在现场参数整定过程中采取修改流量开度函数、减少阀门波动这一措施给出了理论分析,通过建立阀门管理仿真模型,指出在流量指令与实际流量线性度满足负荷调节要求的情况下,尽可能地减少阀门流量开度函数曲线后段斜率,这样能减少开度指令变化,进而达到减少阀门晃动的目的,为电厂在现场参数整定过程中通过修改阀门流量开度函数、减少阀门晃动提供理论依据。
The theoretical analysis is presented for power plants adopting modified flow characteristics curve to lessen valve sloshing. It firstly gives out two indexes of valve management and then builds valve management simulation model. It further points out that the opening command changing can be reduced by decreasing the slop of flow characteristics curve as far as possible if the linearity of flow command and actual flow satisfy the load regulating, which provides the scientific basis to the electric power plant.
