构建繁荣的生态文化体系 推动生态文化建设发展——关于河南、陕西两省生态文化建设的调研报告

Structure Prosperity of Eco-cultural System for Eco-culture Development——Investigation and Research Report on Eco-culture Construction in Henan and Shaanxi Provinces

通过对河南、陕西两省8县（区）生态文化建设的深入调研,指出,各地采取得力措施大力推进生态文化建设,取得了显著成效,积累了宝贵经验。针对一些地方对生态文化建设认识不够、投入不足、层次不高等问题,建议进一步加强生态文化建设宏观管理和基础设施建设,重视生态文化建设科技支撑,创新生态文化活动表现形式。

Through investigation of 8 counties in Henan and Shaanxi provinces, the remarkable results, valuable experiences and the main problems of ecological culture construction in two provinces are pointed out. It is recommended that the macro management and infrastructure construction on ecological culture construction must be strengthened, application of science and technology should be paid more attention to, and the cultural activities form need innovation constantly.
