生态文明是当代人类社会的一种需要,也是解决生态危机最为有效的一种途径,但当前生态文明建设的效果却差强人意。人们在面对大自然时无知、无奈、无耻的表现,让生态文明建设的前景堪忧。造成这种现象最根本的原因是没有形成一个切实可行的建设方案。在市场经济高度发达的今天,脱离口号和纯道德的宣传,让市场规则去指挥和调节生态文明建设也许效果更佳。

Ecological civilization is a kind of contemporary human society needs, and is one of the most effective ways to solve the ecological crisis as well. However, the effect of the current ecological civilization construction is far from satisfactory. The ecological civilization construction is woeful for the people are ignorant, helpless and shameless on the ecological problems. The most fundamental reason for the phenomenon is that we have not found a viable construction program. Under the highly developed market economy, it＇ s better to let the market running rules regulate the construction of ecological civilization than the pure moral propaganda.
