环境约束下城市能源效率及其影响因素分析——基于三阶段DEA-malmquist指数的实证分析

The Dynamical Decomposition on City Energy Efficiency of Total Factor Productivity under Environmental Restriction——An Empirical Analysis with the Three-stage DEA-malmquist Index

中国城市全要素能源效率在考虑环境影响前后具有明显的差异,调整后的malmquist指数明显且普遍低于调整前的值;收敛性分析表明沿海城市全要素能源效率趋于增强,内陆城市趋于恶化;影响因素分析得出能源要素的政府属性强于市场属性,中国城市能源效率存有较大的优化空间等结论。

The obvious difference has taken place on urban energy efficiency of total factor productivity in China considering environmental influence,and the malmquist index after is lower than the before generally and obviously.The convergence analysis indicates that coastal cities tend to be enhanced,but the inland cities tend to worse.The governmental power is superior to market for energy elements in analysis of influence factors,and the optimization space is large for city energy efficiency.
