高校图书馆作为文化机构,通过弘扬优秀传统中华文化,积极倡导优秀传统校园文化,来影响师生的思想文化,使之树立正确人生观、价值观,改变不和谐因素.从这个意义来说高校图书馆肩负着重要的文化责任.

As the cultural institutions, university library should carry forward the fine traditional Chinese culture, actively pro- mote the fine traditional campus cuhure and to affect teachers and students＇ ideology and culture, in order to establish a correct out- look on life and values and change the factors of disharmony. Hence, the culture of the university library has the onerous responsibility.
