Under the ubiquitous knowledge environment, there has been great changes in knowledge creation, dis semination and use style. It promoted the innovative research about the journal information service in the university library. This paper analyzes the impact of journal information services and emphasizes the model and content of journal information service in the university library in order to provide a broad space for development of information service.
