摘要
采用水解酸化—厌氧—两级接触氧化工艺处理多晶硅废水中CODCr,CODCr去除率达到95%以上,出水符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级排放标准。该工艺在进水营养单一的情况下,无需投加碳源,运行稳定,具有抗冲击负荷能力强、产泥少、污泥处理费用低、运行成本低、管理简单等优点,经济效益和环境效益明显。
.Using hydrolysis acidification-anaerobic-two level contact oxidation process, the removal rate of CODer from polysilicon wastewater reached up to 95 % ,and the output water met"wastewater discharge stand- ard" (GB 8978--1996) level 1 emission standard. In the case of a single nutrition of input water, without addi- tion of carbon sources ,the process could run stably with strong ability to resist shock load, less sludge produc- tion,low-cost slhdge treatment,low-cost operation,simple management,and better economic benefits and envi- ronmental benefits.
