消脂平片对实验性高脂血症大鼠降血脂作用及机制的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的高血脂症的有效治疗对防治动脉粥样硬化和冠心病等心脑血管疾病的发生具有重要意义。文中探讨消脂平片对实验性高脂血症大鼠的降血脂作用及其作用机制。方法采用喂养大鼠高脂饲料的方法建立实验性高脂血症模型,同时给予消脂平片和血脂康胶囊干预治疗,连续灌胃给药9周,观察大鼠体重变化,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A-I(apolipoprotein A-I,ApoA-I)、载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B,Apo-B)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)的含量,以及大鼠肝组织中脂蛋白酯酶(lipoprotein lipase,LPL)、肝酯酶(hepatic lipase,HL)和总酯酶(PHPA)的活性。结果消脂平片对食用高脂饲料引起大鼠体重降低有明显改善作用,且可降低大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、Apo-B的含量,升高HDL-C、ApoA-Ⅰ的含量及ApoA-Ⅰ/Apo-B比值,并使动脉粥样硬化指数(TC/HDLC)降低;可降低高脂血症模型大鼠血清MDA含量,提高SOD、GSH-PX和NO活性活力,同时可增强高脂血症大鼠肝组织中LPL、HL和PHPA的活性。结论消脂平片能有效降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平,具有显著地降血脂作用,其作用机制与增强LPL、PHPA酶活性紧密相关。 Objective Effective management of hyperlipidemia is important for the prevention and treatment of cardio-cere- bral vascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease. In this study, we investigated the effect of Xiaozhiping Tablets in decreasing the level of serum lipid in experimental hyperlipemia (HL) rats. Methods We established models of experimental HL in rats by feeding them on a high-fat diet, and treated them intragastrically with Xiaozhiping Tablets for 9 weeks. Then we observed changes in the body weight of the rats, and measured the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, Apo A-I, Apo-B, SOD, MDA, GSH-PX, NO and the activities of PHPA, HL and LPL. Results Xiaozhiping Tablets obviously slowed down the rats' body weight gain induced by high-fat diet as compared with the controls. Serum TC, TG, LDL-C and Apo-B were markedly decreased, while HDL- C, ApoA-I and the ApoA-I/Apo-B ratio remarkably elevated in the experimental rats. The atherosclerotic index (TC/HDL-C) and se- rum MDA were reduced, while the activities of SOD, GSH-PX, NO, LPL, HL and PHPA significantly increased. Conclusion Xi- aozhiping Tablets can effectively reduce the level of blood-lipoprotcin in experimental HL rats, which may be closely related with its ac- tion of elevating the activities of LPL and PHPA.
