摘要
文中通过理解医院党委确立的"绿色医疗"发展主题,结合急症医疗与应急救援建设进展,换视角看医院应急医疗体系力量的基本模式,并从中获得启迪。为拓展应急医疗救援"拳头"队伍训练,实现保持"任务-训练-部署"模式不变与向"训练-任务-部署"模式转化的结合,提供有益的发展思路。
Based on the hospital＇s development theme of ＂Green Medicine＂ and progression in the construction of emergency medicine and emergency rescue, the authors investigated the basic mode of emergency medical rescue force in the hospital in a novel perspective and gained some enlightenment. The aim was to offer a new insight into its development by expanding the training of a ＂fist＂ contingent for emergency medical rescue and realizing the combination of maintaining the mode of ＂ Mission-Training-Deploy- ment＂ with converting it to ＂Training-Mission-Deployment＂.
